The Alpine Flying Centre is owned and run by Dennis and Gillian Trott and has been established in the Chamonix region since 1992.

We are situated close to Chamonix-Mont Blanc and just one hour by road from Geneva airport or 9 hour easy drive from the north coast of France.

The school and paragliding fly guiding services are open from April to November. The shop and mail order service is open all the year.

The Alpine Flying Centre is close to some of the best flying sites found in Europe and the beautiful spring and summer weather provides us with excellent flying conditions for thermic and cross country flying. 

Dennis and Gillian are both qualified experienced paragliding pilots and instructors and have 1000's of hours of airtime between them. They specialize in teaching, coaching and guiding all standards of pilot from the absolute beginner through to the experienced pilot wanting to achieve even more from their flying. Their personal experiences in High Alpine and Mountain flying is invaluable and over the years many 1000's of pilots have visited all gaining a greater insight into pure paragliding flight.

A number of different  'Tailor made' flying services are available:

British BHPA - EPC and CPC paragliding beginner courses from April to November. 

Refresher, Introduction to the Mountains and Thermalling Courses from April.

Fly Guiding that includes XC coaching for pilots who want to go further, from April the best XC month of the year!

Very nice hotel and B&B accommodation is available locally and in summer many camping sites are open.
